1. Service Agreements

• Quotes: Free estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may change if:

  • Hidden damage is found during service

  • Property conditions differ from initial assessment

• Payment: Due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept [list payment methods].

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations

3. Property & Safety

• You agree to:

  • Provide clear access to gutters/roofline

  • Disclose any known structural issues

• We’re not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage discovered during service

  • Damage from improper maintenance after our work

4. Warranties

Coverage is determined by:

• Written Agreement: Exact terms will be specified in your signed work order.

• Installation: [X]-year warranty against craftsmanship defects

• Cleaning/Repairs: 15-day warranty for addressed issues
  (Excludes damage from storms, neglect, or unauthorized modifications)

5. Website Use

• Content (photos, descriptions) is owned by Jhechemendia Gutters Corp

• You may not reuse project photos without written permission

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be resolved in Hillsborough County.
